In field by minor road off A96, 11 miles SE of Huntly, 1.5 miles NW of Insch, Aberdeenshire
This 2-metre-tall Class 1 monolith, known as the Picardy Stone, bears a double disc and z-rod, a snake and z-rod and a mirror. In the mid 19th century, a burial was discovered close by. A path to the stone is always kept clear.
