Ordering through this website is straightforward, just follow the instructions using the Add to cart button.

To see items in your basket or to check out, use the View cart button. If a new window it will be becase the view cart window is already open.

Please always include a daytime phone number when you order. This is only for use by the Courier company in the unlikely event they need to contact you to arrange delivery.

The interface is through Paypal, so you can pay by using any valid credit or debit card, just follow the instructions, or by PayPal of course.

You do NOT need a PayPal account, just a valid card.

When you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order.

We aim to have orders delivered to UK addresses in five working days, but cannot guarantee delivery within in this time period. Please ensure that someone will be in to receive your order.

If you would like to have books delivered to different addresses within the UK, please ensure that you include this in the delivery instructions and also email us your instructions. This may take longer to organise.

Orders will be delivered by the Royal Mail or by couriers such as Hermes, ups or dpd. Where possible, we will contact you with delivery information and tracking numbers as far in advance of delivery as possible, although it is not usually possible to guarantee delivery times. Ups, for example, usually deliver within one to two working days so please check tracking.

Couriers such as ups (our usual Courier) usually make one attempt to deliver, then drop off your package for you to pick up at your convenience from their nearest outlet.

Please check tracking periodically to find the status of your order, or if in any doubt contact us and we will check for you. A card should be left by the courier if they have not managed delivery. Packages will be returned if not picked up by you within seven working days.

If this has happened, please contact us and we will usually rearrange delivery for free, although we are not obliged to do so and additional delivery charges may be payable. 

If for any reason you have not received your order in a reasonable time, please contact us. 

If you would rather order using a cheque or postal order, please post you order and cheque or Postal Order, made out to Goblinshead, to Orders, Goblinshead, Cockenzie House, 22 Edinburgh Road, Cockenzie, East Lothian, EH32 0HY. Remember to include the delivery address, and your email and telephone number.

Postage and packing is FREE in the UK. Overseas postage rates for The Castles of Scotland are available and can be accessed at Overseas Postage. If you have any queries please contact us at info@goblinshead.co.uk.

Please ensure that your email, phone number and delivery address are correct when you order and in all correspondence. Phone numbers are required by some couriers.
